We “bundle” our research from the companies you want to target with our recruiting expertise, enabling us to provide our clients with a pipeline of passive, qualified, pre-screened candidates. Job reqs can be also be “bundled” allowing us to work on several openings at a time resulting in greater hiring and cost efficiencies.
We present individuals, with current resumes and profiles, who are interested in speaking with your company based on the types of positions you are looking to fill. Candidates are submitted with information obtained from our in-depth phone screens and can include level of interest, current compensation, willingness to relocate, or any other data that is important to you. Value added services can include scheduling interviews, candidate prep and debrief, reference checking, and salary negotiation.
The Bundled Recruiting model offers a more consultative approach than traditional agency services: we learn your company’s business and culture to support your team in filling open reqs efficiently, with the right people, but without costly agency fees. We bill a flat hourly rate, with no additional fees for the placements that we make.
